Day Trip to Senlis

I was in France for a car event, and on our last day, Philippe, Dominique, and I made the short drive north of Paris to visit Philippe’s friend Patrice.

This was my second time in Senlis. Diana and I were there back in 2014 when Patrice picked us up in Paris and took us around for the day.

Senlis was just as I recalled it, with cosy streets and a market in the town square. We met at a cafe and then did the quick tour before gathering for lunch at Patrice’s daughter’s restaurant, “Bistrot de la Place located right next to the Notre Dame.

The meal was terrific. Thanks, Patrice, for hosting us again.
