The great outdoors is right there, outside the window in our building, and yet I have mostly been staying home this week as I’ve thrown my back out. It’s been frustrating, especially as the weather is improving day by day.

But it’s not all bad luck. A new lens arrived at my door yesterday—the Sigma 35mm f/1.4 DG Art II—and I cannot wait to take it out beyond the stained-glass windows—hopefully soon.
