August Getaway from Vancouver to Victoria with Harbour Air

Last month I posted 17 black-and-white photos from our trip last year to Victoria here in BC, Canada, and promised a few more, this time color photos.

You can catch the first post here:

Black-and-white photos from Victoria

I’ll copy the world from the above post as the story is the same, only in color :)

It had been a few years since our last visit to Victoria, so it was good to be back. Our kids both went to UVIC (University of Victoria), so for about 10 years, we visited regularly.

In this post, we wandered up and down Government Street, had coffee at Murchie’s, strolled through Chinatown, bought a book by Munros, and people-watched in the harbor area around the Empress Hotel.

We love Victoria and hope to be back soon.

The photos in this article are made using a Leica SL2-S, Voigtländer Nokton 50mm f/1.2, and Voigtänder Nokton 28mm f/1.5 lenses. (links to my camera and lens reviews).
