Road Trip Photo Essay From France

The Easter weekend was a wonderful wrap-up to our stay at La Hilletta in Boulogne-sur-Gesse. We took turns cooking and the whole weekend was a feast with fantastic food, wine, and good company.

We were joking that we had to leave now in order not to explode from overindulging! Here is the map and a list of our destinations with links to the individual blog posts for each stop.

While we were waiting for our Airbnb host to show up the gentleman in the above photo walked by sporting a jacket, scarf, and hat. It was at least 25 degrees and sunny.

The Airbnb host never showed up at the address she had listed. We ended up in a dorm room near the hospital. Poor communication from the young renter. The room ended up being okay but we wasted precious light and time finding it!
